How We Collaborate

Keep control of your property and have us manage the hosting side of things. For a set commission rate on each booking we take care of all aspects of guest communications, night and day, plus cleaning coordination, styling upgrades (if required) and property listing management and optimisation.
Rent to Rent Model
This model gives landlords a superior peace of mind with a long term lease (many around 3years) on offer in exchange for sub leasing rights to your property. We furnish your property to a high standard, offer professional photography imagery, have assurances of a high standard in place for guest behaviour with the usage of additional security measues and noise monitoring so your property is well maintained and respected.
